Easy Ranch Taco Salad
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 cup salsa, divided
- 1 package salad greens
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup Ranch Dressing
Heat 1/4 cup salsa in large skillet on medium-high heat.
Add chicken, cook and stir 8 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Toss chicken, greens, and cheese in a large bowl.
Top with remaining 3/4 cup salsa and dressing before serving.
