    eggs

  • pinch of salt

  • ½

    cup milk

  • ½

    (plus) flour

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 Place dab of shortening into muffin tin, heat in oven Beat eggs very well. Add salt & beat. Add milk & flour, beat. Should be creamy, if too thick add water. Pour batter into hot, melted shortening. Bake @ 400 for 10 minutes, then 350 for 30 minutes
