Ingredients
- 2 packages yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 4 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp minced onion flakes
- 1 1/2 Tbsp dill seed or weed
- 1 1/2 Tbsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 6 cups flour

Preparation
Step 1
1. Soften yeast in warm water. Heat cottage cheese with butter until warm.
2. Add all ingredients except flour. Mix well
3. Add flour to make stiff dough. Beat well after each addition of flour.
4. Cover and let rise in warm place for an hour.
5. Re-need. Place in well greased bread pan or 2 round 8" casserole dishes. Let rise again for 30-40 mins.
6. Bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes.
