  • 8 oz Mozzarella cheese-shredded
  • 4 oz cheddar cheese-shredded
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp basil
  • Toppings of choice

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cheeses, eggs garlic powder & basil well. Line a 16 in pizza pan w/parchment paper. Spread mixture in pan almost to edge making as thin as possible without going to edge. Bake @ 450 15-20 min., check at 10 minutes, if edges are getting dark turn oven down to 400 & continue cooking till no longer pale. Pat off access grease and add toppings of choice. Heat till cheese melts.
