Ingredients

10 1/2 oz mini marshmallows
1/2 c margarine
1 c peanut butter
2 c Rice Krispies
6 oz semisweet choc chips 1 c peanuts (opt)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine marshmallows, peanut butter, chocolate chips and butter in microwaveable bowl. Cover and microwave on high 2 ½ minutes. Stir until blended. Add cereal and peanuts; stir until coated. Spread in 13x9x2 pan.

6 oz semisweet choc chips 2 c 10X sugar
¼ c margarine 1 tsp vanilla
¼ c milk
Combine chocolate chips, butter and milk in microwaveable bowl. Cover and microwave 1 ½ minutes; mix. Add 10X sugar and vanilla and beat until smooth. Spread over cereal. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
