Ingredients

  • 2 Tbs olive oil
  • 1 Tilapia fillets
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 Tbs fresh oregano
  • 1/4 cup coarsely chopped pitted kalamata olives
  • 2 Tbs dry white wine
  • 1 8oz can tomato sauce

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat one tbs of olive oil in a skillet. Add tilapia and brown on both sides. Remove and keep warm.

2. Add remaining tbs of olive oil. Add onion and brown. Add sauce, olives, oregano, and wine. Cook 3 minutes. Pour over fish.
