Sugared Almonds

  • 4 c. Almonds
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1/2 c. White Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Brown Sugar
  • 2 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
  • Dash of Salt



Step 1

Whisk egg white and vanilla until frothy.
Add Almonds to coat.
Mix sugars, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl.
Pour over Almonds and toss until Almonds are coated.
Grease/spray jelly roll pan and pour Almonds in a single layer.
Bake @ 250 for 1 hour, stirring gently after about 30-35 minutes.
