Ingredients
- 1 lb meatloaf mix (beef, veal, pork)
- 2 eggs
- S & P
- Minced onions
- Approx. 3 T each of Ketchup, Dijon Mustard & horseradish (I don't normally measure - I just throw it in) Even if it's too much, it won't hurt it.
- Bread crumbs - enough to keep meat together but not too much that it will dry it out. I usually add some, mix it & then judge.

Preparation
Step 1
Mix above together. Spray a 13 x 9 pan. Spread half of meat mixture in pan.
Spread an even layer of Barbecue Sauce (I use KC Masterpiece Hickory flavor). Then add a layer of American Cheese (I use the packaged cheese because it's thicker).
Add the remaining meat on top sealing edges. Then brush on a layer of more barbecue sauce making sure edges are completely sealed. I use my hands and blend the 2 layers together.
Bake 350 for 1 hour.
(You will see a lot of whitish stuff around the meat. That's a combination of the cheese and juices of the meat) You can either discard or serve it. It's good.
