Ingredients

  • 2 cups. fat- free bisquick mix
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup. raisins
  • 2/3 cup. unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup. reduced-calorie margarine, melted
  • 1/2 cup. mashed banana
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl, make a well in center of mixture. Set aside. Combine pineapple juice and remaining ingredients; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Place paper baking cups in muffin pans. Spoon batter equally into cups.
Bake at 375* for 20 to 25 mins. Remove from pan immediately.
