Roast Beef Pinwheel

Family favorite! I have been making these for almost 30 years. They are a huge hit and are requested time and again by family and friends as an appetizer, or as our contribution to a potluck. They are super simple to make!

Ingredients

• 1.5 lbs thinly sliced good quality rare roast beef
• 1 large tub boursin cheese with garlic and herbs
• 1 long thin loaves of French or Italian Bread

Preparation

Step 1

Slice loaves of bread along the sides and push open. Spread boursin cheese thickly each side of the bread.


Fill generously with rare roast beef slices.


Close bread to make a sandwich.


Slice the sandwich across to make pinwheels
