Ingredients
- 2 C Milk
- 1 C Flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 TBS Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 C melted, unsalted butter, plus extra for greasing

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in mixer or blender and blend until smooth.
In Med skillet over medium-low heat melt 1/2 tsp butter; ladle in 1/4 cup crepe batter. Swirl skillet until batter covers entire bottom.
Cook until the underside is golden brown, flip. Cook until other side is brown.
Add filling of choise right after flipping. Fold in sides like an envelope.
Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
