Ingredients

1 1/2 part EFFEN Cucumber
3/4 parts Fresh Lime Juice
3/4 parts Simple Syrup
1 dash of Bitters
6 Mint Leaves and Club Soda

Preparation

Step 1

Muddle mint with lime juice and a few ice
cubes, add to a cocktail shaker with remaining
ingredients, except club soda and shake. Fine
strain into a cocktail glass with ice and add
club soda. Garnish with mint sprig.
