Randy's BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup catsup
• 1/2 cup tomato paste
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice
• 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 to 1/3 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 1/4 to 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
• 1 med. onion finely chopped
• 1 med. bell pepper finely diced
• 1 to 2 cloves garlic minced

Combine all ingredients. Bring to boil, reduce to simmer. Cook down to very thick
