Crusts: Nanny's Brick Oven Crust and Greek Salad Pizza

Ingredients
- Pull the pizza out and top with:
- This is how I make my "Greek Salad Pizzas".
- Buy a crust...I prefer the brick oven one but Mama Mary's are good too.
- Spray the crust lightly with olive oil Pam.
- Spread as much Pizza Quik by Ragu (as you want) mixed with a little Cayenne over the crust.
- Cover the sauce with 1/2 pkg. of shredded Mozzarella and 1/2 pkg. of sliced mushrooms.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 5 minutes. (I don't use a pan)
- 1/2 bag flat spinach
- 1/2 pkg. of sliced mushrooms
- diced purple onion (I microwave these for about 30 sec.)
- many grape tomatoes cut in half
- sliced Calamata olives
- 1/2 pkg. Mozzarella
- crumbled Feta
- Spray with olive oil Pam
