Chicken Tortilla Roll-Ups
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 Tblsp. Mayonaise
- 1 cup (4-5 oz.) cooked Chicken, finely chopped
- 1 cup grated Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Red Pepper, finely chopped
- 5 Green Onions, finely chopped
- 1 can Chopped Green Chilies
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 package of 8 (10”) Flour Tortillas

Mix ingredients. Spread 2 generous Tblsp. onto each tortilla to ½ from outside edge. Roll up tightly. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Slice into pieces.
Serve with Sour Cream and Salsa.
