Preparation

Step 1

Sauce:
Fill large pot with water , place chilies in pot and bring to boil.
Add tomato(s) and boil until skin splits and the chiles are soft. Remove pot from stove, keep the water for later use.
Remove tomatoes and chiles from water. Remove skin from tomatoes and chop up into large chunks. Remove stems from chiles and chop into large chunks.
Take some of the hot water and dissolve the chicken cube in it.

Depending on the size of your blender the next steps may need to be done multiple times to mix the ingredients of the sauce.

Put chopped chiles, chopped tomato, garlic, bay leaf, tomato sauce, chicken water in blender and mix until liquid. Pour into another large pot. Repeat until all ingredients are used up and in the pot.

Place pot on stove and simmer for at least 2 hours to mix flavors.

Tacos:
Cook ground beef.

Heat corn tortillas on grill until pliable.
Fill tortilla with meat and roll up. Place rolled up tortilla into a pan with heated cooking oil (enough to cover rolled tortillas) and fry until crisp.
Place cooked taco on paper towel to drain.

Place tacos on plate, add shredded cheese and pour hot sauce over.
