Crock Pot Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
- 3 cups corkscrew pasta, uncooked
- 3 T. butter, unsalted
- 8 oz. velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 & 1/4 c sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 t. Dijon mustard
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 1 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta in salted boiling water for 5 min. Drain and place in the slow cooker. Add the remaining ingredients to the pasta and stir until well combined. Cook on high for 1 to 1 & 1/2 hours stirring every 30 minutes; then turn onto low. Might need to add a little more milk if needed.
