Ingredients

  • 3 cups corkscrew pasta, uncooked
  • 3 T. butter, unsalted
  • 8 oz. velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 & 1/4 c sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 t. Dijon mustard
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1/4 t. pepper

Step 1

Cook pasta in salted boiling water for 5 min. Drain and place in the slow cooker. Add the remaining ingredients to the pasta and stir until well combined. Cook on high for 1 to 1 & 1/2 hours stirring every 30 minutes; then turn onto low. Might need to add a little more milk if needed.
