Saucy BBQ Meatballs

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef or turkey
• 1/4 cup bread crumbs
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 tbsp minced onion
• 1/2 tsp minced garlic
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1 tbsp chili powder
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 tsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine beef, bread crumbs, milk, onion, garlic and salt, mix well. Form into meatballs. Place meatballs into a 350F oven for 20 mins.

2. Combine ketchup, chili powder, brown sugar, soy sauce and worcestershire, mixing well, into a saucepan. Place meatballs into the sauce until heated through.
