Spinach Cheese Bread

• 3 cups Original Bisquick mix
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 1 tbsp caraway seed (or minced onion)
• 3 eggs
• 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
• 1 box (9 oz) Frozen spinach, thawed, squeezed to drain

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oven to 350F. Grease bottom and sides of 9x5" loaf pan with shortening. In large bowl, stir together all ingredients except spinach throughly; beat with spoon 1 min. Stir in spinach. Pour into pan.

2. Bake 55-65 mins or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 20 mins; remove from pan to cooling rack.
