Ingredients

  • 1/2-1 Head FRESH LETTUCE (tear or cut leaves into bite size pieces)
  • 2-4 Cups Frozen PEAS (to taste*)
  • 2-4 Cups Fresh BROCCOLI flowerettes (or Cauliflower) in small bite size pieces. (to taste*)
  • 1 cup SOUR CREAM
  • 1 cup MAYO
  • 1 pkg shredded CHEESE
  • 3-4 Tbsp BACON BITS (to taste*)
  • 2-4 Hard Boiled EGGS* (sliced with an egg slicer into about 1/4" slices for a pretty presentation, or crumble into small pieces for a more rustic feel)
  • (*depends on how much you like the ingredient)

Preparation

Step 1

Using a _9" x 13" pan or glass baking dish_, layer Fresh *Lettuce*, then sliced Hard Boiled *Eggs*, Frozen *Peas*, _mixture_ of *Mayo* & *Sour Cream*, *Broccoli* flowerettes, shredded *Cheese* & *Bacon Bits*.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a couple hours. Can be made the day ahead. Always a favorite at Thanksgiving.
