Ingredients
- 64 oz chicken broth (or water with bullion)
- 1 cans chicken, 10 oz
- 2 cans Veg-all (or Fresh carrots, fresh celery, fresh potatoes, all chopped)
- 1 package onion soup mix
- Handful of egg noodles
- Dumpling Ingredients
- 1 t baking powder
- 1 t poultry seasoning or boullion
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 c water
- 2-3 c flour

Preparation
Step 1
Combine water (stock), bullion, soup mix, veggies, and chicken and bring to a boil for 20 minutes.
Add noodles and as they’re cooking, make dumplings.
To make dumplings: combine baking powder, poultry seasoning, eggs and water, mixing well. Slowly add in flour until the mixture is a thick paste.
Fork the dumpling mixture into the soup a small amount at a time and let cook for 1-2 minutes after all the dumplings are into the soup.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
