Ingredients

  • 2 T flour
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 t grated orange peel
  • 1/2 t crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 pound beef top round roast, 1 inch thick
  • Rice
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions

Preparation

Step 1

Shake flour in Reynolds Oven Bag
Place in 9x13x2 baking dish.
Add orange juice, teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, garlic, orange peel and crushed red pepper to bag.
Squeeze bag to blend in flour. Add beef to bag. Turn bag to coat beef with sauce. Close bag with
nylon tie. Marinate beef in refrigerator 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cut six
1/2 inch slits in top of oven bag. Tuck ends of bag in pan.
Bake 35-45 minutes or til meat thermometer reads 145 degrees. Thinly slice beef. Stir sauce and
serve with rice. Sprinkle with chopped green onions. Makes 8 servings.
