Ingredients

  • Cream puffs:

  • 1/2

    c butter

  • 1

    c water

  • 1

    c flour

  • 4

    eggs

  • Custard:

  • 2

    sqs chocolate

  • 2

    tbsp butter

  • 1

    c powdered sugar

  • 4

    tbsp cream

Directions

Cream puffs: Heat butter and water until butter melts. Add flour; stir vigorously. Add and egg at a time; beat well after each addition. Drop by tbsp onton ungreased baking sheet. Bake 425 for 30-40 minutes Custard: Melt chocolate and butter in top of double boiler, stir in sugar and cream. Beat until smooth and shiny. Split cream puffs crosswise and fill with custard.
