Ingredients
- 4 large egg whites
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- 11/2 TBsp corn starch

Step 1
Beat the egg whites on medium high speed until soft peaks form. Start adding sugar 0ne tablespoon at a time until very stiff peaks. Sprinkle vinegar and corn starch over top of meringue and fold in. Gently spread the meringue inside a 7 in circle on parchment paper. Bake for 1 hour15 minutes at 250 degrees. Turn oven off. Leave door ajar and cool meringue completely in oven (3 hours) Serve with whipped cream and fruit
