  • 1 can (14 ounces) jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1 bottle (12 ounces) chili sauce
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 package (32 ounces) frozen fully cooked homestyle meatballs, thawed
  • 1 meatball equals 51 calories, 2 g fat (1 g saturated fat), 12 mg cholesterol, 80 mg sodium, 6 g carbohydrate, trace fiber, 2 g protein. Diabetic Exchanges: 1/2 starch, 1/2 lean meat.
