Lemon Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
- ◦1 teaspoon. dried oregano
- ◦1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- ◦4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- ◦1/4 cup white wine
- ◦3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- ◦2 garlic cloves, minced
- ◦1-2 packets nsa or very low sodium bouillon granules**
- ◦1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley (I use dried if I don't have fresh

Preparation
Step 1
Combine oregano and pepper. Rub into chicken. Brown chicken in a skillet. Transfer to slow cooker. Place water, lemon juice, garlic and bouillon granules in skillet. Bring to a boil; loosen browned bits form skillet. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours (you can go longer).
Add parsley (if using dried parsley add with pepper and oregano in step one) and baste chicken. Cover and cook on high for 15-30 minutes until chicken is tender (depending on your cooker it is probably already there)
