- 315 grams - 2 1/2 C flour
- 15 g - 1 tb sugar
- 5 g - 1 tsp salt
- 8 oz butter
- 1 ice water
Whisk flour, sugar and salt together in food processor.
Sprinkle in cold butter cubes and pulse until the size of peas.
slowly drizzle in ice water until dough comes together.
Shape dough into a disc and refrigerate for at least two hours.
