Ingredients

10 large potatoes, cooked and mashed (can use instant)
Add 1 c sour cream
8 oz cream cheese
4 T butter or margarine
2 T dried minced onion
1 tsp salt

Step 1

Spread in 13x9x2 baking dish. Melt 2 T butter and drizzle over. Sprinkle with paprika. 350, 40 covered, 20 uncovered. If refrigerated, let stand 30 minutes before baking.
