Crabmeat cream puffs

Ingredients

  • One can geisha crabmeat
  • 1 cup grated sharp cheese
  • 1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1 tablespoon Tabasco
  • 1 cup miracle whip
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • One stick butter
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon
  • salt
  • four eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Make cream puffs: melt butter in boiling water. Add flour & salt. Stir till mix is smooth and forms a soft ball. Add eggs. Beat after each addition. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Put in 450° oven for five minutes then bake at 325° for 15 minutes or until golden brown allow to cool slowly then fill with crab mix.

Crab: mix crabmeat sharp cheese, worchestershire sauce, celery, Tabasco , miracle whip , onion together and put into bite-size creampuffs. heat in medium oven until cheese melts.
