Ingredients
- roll cookies in:
- 3/4 cup Crisco Shortening
- 3/4 cup butter (1 1/2 sticks)
- 2 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 tsp cream of tarter
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 4 1/3 cup flour
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 TBSP sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon

Step 1
Mix Crisco, butter, sugar, and eggs. Sift in flour and other dry ingredients until you have a firm mixture. Roll into balls and then roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Bake 8-10 minutes at 350* on a silpat or lightly greased baking sheet.
