Ingredients

  • 1 package/4 cups pecan halves
  • 4 T butter
  • 4 heaping T brown sugar
  • 1/2 - 1 t Williams Sonoma Potlatch Seasoning
  • 1/2 t curry powder
  • 1/2 t cinnamon
  • 1/2 t cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 - 1/2 t allspice
  • 1 t salt

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter over low heat. Heat pecans through. Take off heat and dump mixed dry ingredients and toss for 5 - 10 minutes.
Cool.
