Ingredients
- 3 lb crab meat (salmon)
- 3/4 c mayonnaise
- 3 eggs
- 3 T chopped parsley
- 6 tsp Worchestershire
- 6 drops hot pepper sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 6 cups bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 c oil

Preparation
Step 1
Mix mayo, egg, parsley, Worchestershire, pepper sauce, mustard, salt and pepper.
Mix in crab meat and add 3 c bread crumbs. Mix well. Shape into patties and coat with remaining bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil until golden brown, turning once.
