Ingredients
- 12 oz. bowtie pasta
- 1 lb bulk italian sausage (or ground beef)
- 1 onion
- minced garlic to taste
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 24 oz. spaghetti sauce
- 1 T. italian seasoning
- 1/2 t. red pepper flakes
- 1 c. mozzarella, shredded

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Cook meat with onion and garlic. Cook pasta per directions on the box. Drain and return to pot. Melt in cream cheese. Stir in sauce, seasoning, and red pepper. Stir in meat mixture. Pour into 3 quart baking dish. Top with mozzarella. Bake 15 - 20 minutes, until cheese is melted.
