Crock Pot Lasagna Recipe

When the temperature drops outside all I want to do is cozy up to a hot bowl of soup or chili. Cold weather calls for warm dishes that can be easily made in a crock-pot.

Ingredients
- 1 pound lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground beef or turkey (already browned)
- 4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 cup ricotta cheese (or cottage cheese)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1 dash olive oil

Add Recipe to Plan
Mix tomato sauce and water.
Mix ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan.
Spread cheese. Add sauce. Repeat until noodles are done, finishing with sauce.
