Ingredients
- 1 lb. chuck steak, trimmed and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 tab. flour
- 1/2 teas. salt
- 1/4 teas. pepper
- 3 med. size carrots, cut into 1/4 inch coins
- 1 pkg. (10 oz. ) cremini mushrooms, cleaned and quartered
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pkg. (1 lb. ) frozen pearl onions
- 1 1/2 cups low-sodium beef broth
- 3/4 cup dry red wine
- 3/4 teas. dried thyme
- 1 pkg. (17.5 oz.) gnocchi

Step 1
In large bowl, toss together steak, flour and 1/4 teas. each salt and pepper. Place steak in low cooker with carrots, mushrooms, garlic, onions, broth, red wine and 1/2 teas. thyme. cover and cook on High for 5 hours or Low for 7 hours.
Remove lid and stir in remaining 1/4 teas. each salt and dried thyme and the gnocchi. Cover and cook an additional 30 minutes or until gnocchi is tender.
