Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 c sugar
  • 7 oz jar marshmallow
  • 12 oz evap milk
  • 1 c chopped nuts
  • 9 (1.55oz) milk chocolate candy bars
  • 12 oz semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Step 1

Combine sugar and evaporated milk in large saucepan. Cook over medium heat until boiling. Boil 5 minutes without stirring. Remove from heat and cool. Combine milk chocolate bars, morsels, and marshmallow on top of double boiler; simmer water until ingredients are just mixed, not melted, cool. Combine both mixtures, beating in mixer until mixture thickens and begins to lose its gloss (takes a long time). Add nuts, vanilla and pinch of salt. Pout into buttered 13x9x2 baking dish. Chill
