Ingredients
- 2 pounds frozen hash browns
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 1/2 cup corn flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 can (10 1/2 oz size) cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese

Serves/Makes: 6
Combine all ingredients, except for the corn flakes, in a buttered pan. Top with crumbled corn flakes and bake for 45 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
May be made earlier in the day and refrigerated. Do not add corn flakes until ready to bake.
