Easy Cocoa Fudge 1 Picture


  • 1/2 cup sweet cocoa mix
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 cups sifted powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1

Combine first three ingredients in saucepan, over low heat. Stir until melted and blended. Remove from heat and add one cup sugar and vanilla. Blend remaining cup of sugar until stiff enough to knead. Knead two or three minutes. Shape into a roll about 12 inches long. Cill and cut into thin slices.

For almond fudge, use almond extract instead of vanilla and shape fudge into balls; roll in chopped almonds.

Coconut Fudge can be made by rolling smalls balls of fudge tinged and flavored coconut shreds.
