  • 1 Pkg Chocolate Icebox Cookies
  • 1 cube + couple of Tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 gallon ice cream (mint chocolate chip is good)
  • 2 eggs (or equivalent pasteurized eggs)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • Whipped cream
  • Nuts



Step 1

Crust 1 pkg of Chocolate Icebox Cookies. Mix with a little melted butter & press into 9x13 pan. Chill.
Spread 1/2 gallon ice cream on crumbs. Freeze.
Spread sauce on ice cream:
Melt 2 squares unsweetened chocolate and 1 cube butter. Add 2 eggs, and 2 cups powdered sugar and mix well. Freeze.
Top with nuts before freezing or when ready to serve, spread with whip cream & sprinkle with nuts.
