Ingredients

  • 15 oz Ricotta
  • 2 tsp parsle
  • 10 oz frozen spinach
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • thawed and squeezed
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 c mozzarella
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 3/4 c Parmesan
  • 56 oz spaghetti sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 c water
  • 8 oz manicotti shells

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl, combine ricotta, spinach, 1 c mozzarella, ¼ c Parmesan, egg, parsley, onion powder, pepper and garlic powder. Combine spaghetti sauce and water. Spread 1 c sauce in 13x9x2 dish. Stuff manicotti and place in dish. Top with sauce, mozzarella and parmesan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 350, 40-50 minutes.
