Ingredients

  • 3 (2.5 oz.) pkgs. Buddig shaved corned beef
  • 8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 8 oz. shredded Cheddar & Monterey Jack (pkg. is 1/2 & 1/2; if available; use 4 oz. of each)
  • 16 oz. chopped sauerkraut, drained (try 1 cup at first)
  • 1/2 c. Miracle Whip (May take up to 1 cup)
  • Chopped Black olives

Preparation

Step 1

Chop corned beef into bite-size pieces. Mix all ingredients and bake, covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with party rye or crackers.
