Ingredients
- 2 cups plain chex cereal
- 1 cup roughly chopped salted pretzels
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cup white chocolate chopped

Preparation
Step 1
1. Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with aluminum foil and coat it with nonstick spray. Set aside.
2. Combine the cereal, pretzels, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
3. Melt and temper the white chocolate. Pour the white chocolate evenly over the mixture and stir until distributed evenly.
4. Using a rubber spatula, spread the mixture evenly over the bottom of the prepare pan. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until solid. Transfer to a cutting board. Break or cut with a sharp knife into two bit pieces.
