Ingredients
- 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 cup cold water
- Mix and set aside.
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups scalded milk
- Boil until it makes thin custard.
- Add gelatin and cool.
- Take 2 egg whites and beat until stiff and fold into custard.
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Beat until stiff.
- Fold into custard mixture.
- Pour over 2 cups Angel Food Cake broken into pieces.
