Ingredients

  • 1 stick salted butter
  • 1/2 tbsp. worchestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. dijon mustard
  • 1 (12 oz) pkg of King Hawaiian sweet rolls (pkg of 12)
  • Black Forest Ham, 12 slices (or 1/2 pound)
  • Monterey Jack Cheese (12 slices or 4 oz shredded)-
  • Rasberry preserves

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.

In small pot, melt butter and add worchestershire sauce, brown sugar and mustard until thoroughly melted and combined.

Meanwhile, take rolls and out of package and cut them in half horizontally.

Brush both sides of the rolls with the glaze (Be generous), covering well.

On one side of the rolls, add on sliced ham and cheese. Put top on rolls and then brush tops with leftover glaze. Place rolls into baking dish. Cover with tinfoil and bake for 25 minutes.

Slice and enjoy. Can serve with rasberry preserves.
**Can also add pineapple juice to the glaze mixture.
