- Sauce Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup Sweet CHILLI SAUCE
- 2 Tbsp FIG PRESERVES
- 1 Tbsp SOY SAUCE
- 1 tsp GARLIC, chopped fine
- 1 tsp GINGER, peeled and chopped fine
- 1/4 tsp CAJUN SEASONING
- Fish Ingredients:
- 4 SALMON FILLETS (ea 5-6 oz)
- SALT, to taste
- PEPPER, to taste
- Nonstick Cooking Spray

Preparation
Step 1
*1)* Place all *sauce ingredients* in a microwave safe bowl, stir well. Cover the bowl with a damp paper towel and microwave on full power for one minute, stir well.
*2)* Preheat the grill or broiler. Spray *fish* with *nonstick cooking spray* and season with *salt* and *pepper*. Cook fish _3-5 minutes on each side_ or until the fish flakes easily.
*3)* Brush the hot *fish* with the *sauce* and serve immediately.
