Whole Wheat Honey Bread

Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 1/2 cups lukewarm water
- 1/3 cup shortening (butter flavored)
- 1/3 cup instant nonfat dry milk
- 2 pkg active dry yeast (2 tbsp=2 pkg)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
1. Measure all ingredients to the pan of a bread machine according to manufacturers directions. Set machine to dough cycle.
2. Divide dough in half. Roll into 2 rectangles with rolling pin. Starting with the 6 inch side, roll up tightly, jelly-roll fashion. Seal edges and ends. Place seam side down in greased 9x5x3 inchloaf pans. Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled, 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
3. Bake at 400F for 30-35 mins. Remove from pans immediately. Cool on wire rack.
