Ingredients
- 2 medium sized peaches, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- pinch of sugar
- 1 bottle Prosecco, champagne or dry sparkling wine
Preparation
Step 1
Puree peaches, water, lemon juice and sugar in a blender until smooth.
2. Fill a champagne flute a quarter full of the puree and then top off with Prosecco, champagne or sparkling wine.
