2 cups french's cheddar fried onion's
2 tsp flour
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 beaten egg

Step 1

1. crush french fried onion with flour in a plastic bag.
2. dip chicken in egg, coat in onion crumbs, press firmly to adhere
3. bake @ 400 for 20 mins. untill no longer pink in center
