- 1 Box Brownie Mix
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1 1/2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, broken up
- 1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Preparation
Step 1
Bake box mix brownies and let cool.
To make the mint frosting, cream the butter and confectioners' sugar. Add the milk, beating until it is smooth and spreadable. Beat in the peppermint extract. Frost the cooled brownies, cover, and chill for 1 hour.
Melt unsweetened chocolate and butter and spread on top of 2nd layer.
