- 1 1/2 PD GROUND BEEF
- 1 LARGE EGG
- 1 CUP BREAD CRUMBS
- 3/4 CUP CHOPPED ONIONS
- 3/4 CUP KETCHUP, DIVIDED
- 1/4 CUP MILK
- 2 TBSP DRY ONION SOUP MIX
- 3 TSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE DIVIDED
- 1/2 TSP SALT
- 1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER

Step 1
1 PREHEAT OVEN TO 400
2 COMBINE GROUND BEEF AND EGG IN A LARGE BOWL AND MIX WELL
3 ADD BREAD CRUMBS, ONION, 1/2 CUP KETCHUP, MILK, ONION SOUP MIX, 2 TSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE, SALT AND PEPPER TO GROUND BEEF AND MIX WELL SHAPE INTO 4 MINI LOAVES AND ARRANGE IN A 15X10 INCH BAKING DISH
4 COMBINE REMAINING KETCHUP AND REMAINING WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE IN A SMALL BOWL AND MIX WELL
5 BAKE LOAVES FOR 15 MINUTES SPREAD KETCHUP ON TOP. BAKE UNTIL COOKED THROUGH ABOUT 3 MINUTES LONGER.
